Shipping & Return Policy

We’re excited to get you product to you. After placing your order, your product will ship within 1-2 business days.

USA:

We ship orders to all 50 states, including PO Boxes.

We offer Free Shipping for all US orders $50+, a flat rate of $5 for all US orders less than $50 and a flat rate of $15 for express shipping within the US. Orders with standard shipping typically arrive within 1-7 business days. 

RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction is Root + Fig’s top priority - if you're unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact info@Rootandfigmarket.com. Please feel free to contact us if you have comments or questions at info@Rootandfigmarket.com.

Once you begin the returns process, we will send a shipping label via email for you to print. You can drop off your return at any Fedex location. Once your package is scanned by Fedex, the refund will be issued either to your original account. We want you to be 100% satisfied, so please communicate with us to address your needs.

To ensure a full refund please remember these two points:

• All items must be sealed and in original packaging.

• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened packages that have a broken seal or destroyed packaging.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed, you have sixty minutes (one hour) to contact us at info@Rootandfigmarket.com to modify or cancel the order during store hours. If you are unable to cancel within that time frame, you may return or exchange your order after you receive it.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

If you find you have made a mistake on your address, whether it be autofill, old address, or forgotten apartment number, not to worry-we will get the change within one hour of purchase. Just email us at info@Rootandfigmarket.com with your updated information. Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, we are unable to assist unless the package is returned to us.
